From Wednesday 2nd January all existing Resellers will be moved onto our new Reseller Tariff structure three months following the introduction of our new plans in September 2012. Unfortunately this is something we cannot avoid and is due to increasing datacentre facilities costs and data security costs which over the past six months we have tried to swallow up in other areas of the business.
What does this mean?
This means that you will be migrated from the old tariffs, to the new tariffs which can be seen here - http://www.5wire.co.uk/resellers.
Will the price change?
Most likely the price will stay the same, however if you currently have more than the allocated disk space, or accounts to each tariff, in order to create further resources you will be required to upgrade your tariff via our billing system - here.
