Hi,
Due to missing files in the VAR folder Centos 5.6 was hanging causing huge disruption and random reboots and crashes due to the nature of the files that were missing.
Our main servers were reinstalled at 14:50 on 27th July with all backups from earlier in the day were restored. All files were fully restored by 19:00 due to the nature of size and account status, the disruption to some accounts was out of the above time frame due to taking longer to reinstall. Slight service disruption continued in the evening with SQL limiting connections to our SQL server which was fully resolved at 23:00.
Full service was restored by 17:00 on 27th July with still some work required; entire service was fully restored by 23:30 on 27th July 2012.
