Using Horde, you can import/export your mail.
- Log into cPanel.
- In the Mail section, click the Webmail icon.
- Click Go to Webmail Login.
- Click the Horde icon to be taken to the mail portal.
Export Emails
To export your emails from Horde:
- Click the Mail icon in the top menu.
- On the next screen, click the Folders icon in the top menu.
- Check the box next to the folder you wish to export.
- From the Choose Action drop-down menu, choose Download or Download [.zip format].
- Click OK in the popup window to start the download of the MBOX or zip file.
Import Email
To import your emails to Horde:
- Click the Mail icon in the top menu.
- On the next screen, click the Folders icon in the top menu.
- Select the folder where you want to import the emails and choose Import Messages from the Choose Action drop-down.
- If you want to make a new folder for the import, select a parent folder by clicking the checkbox next to an existing folder (or select nothing to make the new folder a top level folder), and choose Create from the Choose Action drop-down menu.
- Click the Browse button and locate your MBOX file (unzip first if you have a zip file).
- Click the Import button.
