Since moving to our new server set up we have implemented several further security features to prevent service abuse and also heighten security. All email services now require SSL connectivity from external applications/clients.

Outlook for example is requesting that you Install a Valid SSL Certificate, unless you have one dedicated to your domain, this will not work. The alternative work around is to use the main HTTP & Web Server SSL certificate that is installed. Within Outlook, or your alternative Mail Client you will need to change your Mail Servers to - http://puu.sh/2uTtj

Incoming Mail Server: Chocolate.5wire.info
Outgoing Mail Server: Chocolate.5wire.info
